Revenue Assurance & Management Suite (RAM)

Cash Reconciliation System (CRS)

CRS provides the fundamental automation system for tracking revenue throughout events. The CRS links into stock, retail and resource management systems to enable a single management tool for revenue assurance and monitoring. The CRS enables to monitor revenue and cash movements throughout the retail life cycle with significant benefits in reducing cash leakage/shrinkage thus ensuring rapid ROI.

Operational Dashboard & Reporting

Management reporting and tracking of operational data in real time is enabled via a management dashboard and reports. The system enables tracking of revenue generation, stock allocation and performance vs. projection by integrating and aggregating revenue data in a variety of operational resolutions, according to the organisational hierarchy - from till/ePOS to an overall event/venue view.

Operational Real Time Alerts

Operational alerts are proactively created based on configurable business rules and predictive algorithms in the system. The alerts are triggered based on real time monitoring of operational revenue data and key performance indicators accumulated in the system. Alert notifications are provided to management through the system and via SMS or email. The alerts enable management to take inter-event proactive decisions on retail activities, operations and logistics.
